Camp Features A Three Stage Multilateral Training Program

Stage 1. Flexibility, Motor Skills, Coordination, Agility and Speed Training.

Stage 2. Strength & Power, Endurance with Plyometrics.

Stage 3. Drill Specifically Designed for your Position.

TIME: 9:00 Am – 11:00 Am

DATES: EVERY SATURDAY THROUGHOUT THE MONTHS OF
MAY – JUNE AND JULY
